I was pleasantly surprised by the convenient location of the hotel, as it was right in the bustling city center. It made exploring the shopping arcades and restaurants a breeze. The room itself had a simple yet contemporary design, and there was plenty of space to move around and store our luggage. The bed was comfortable, and the bathroom had all the necessary amenities. The staff were courteous and spoke good English, providing helpful recommendations for dinner. I would highly recommend this hotel for its location, comfortable rooms, and friendly service.

We loved the hotel's convenient location in the center of town. It was easy to explore this city while staying here. The hotel is next to trams going in all 4 directions and really close to the main shopping street. We appreciated the cleanliness of the hotel and its facilities. The parking was easy and convenient, and the breakfast had many varied choices for a reasonable price. Finally, the staff were friendly and helpful, making our stay enjoyable.

The hotel was located centrally near two major streets and a famous bridge that was a lovely spot to relax. , it was quite close to a long and covered shopping arcade with plenty of shops and restaurants. Inside the hotel, the room was spacious enough and had all the standard items you would expect.

The internet was quite slow, both the wifi and ethernet cable. , the staff had difficulty speaking English beyond basic check-in/check-out.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Its location was perfect as it was close to the Harimaya bus terminal, Sunday market, and the railway station. We enjoyed its clean and bright rooms, with a larger, than, typical, unit. the friendly staff stored our luggage while we explored the area. There was an excellent breakfast buffet and coffee/tea service station in the reception. We loved the proximity to shopping areas, good restaurants, and a tram station. the only downside was a slight language barrier with some members of staff.
